Our vegetable oils and fats are suitable for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries as well as for the veterinary sector, wholesale and retail trade. ORGANIC CERTIFICATION
Analogous to the EU-Organic Certification, we are also entitled to use the German National Eco Label in accordance with the EU organic council regulation. Here as well, we are controlled permanently at irregular intervals by the state-approved ÖKOP-Zertifizierungs-GmbH (DE-ÖKO-037).
The Organic Certificate is the nationally uniform umbrella label for products from organic farming. The legal basis for this is the Organic-Labelling Law. In order to receive the certificate, the requirements of the EC-Eco Regulation must be fulfilled.
We attach great importance to offering you natural products from their natural environment with a view to the natural regeneration of resources.
VEGAN SOCIETY
All our products that are marked with this seal of guarantee are certified according to the criteria of the Vegan Society in Great Britain. The Vegan Society was founded on 01.11.1944 in Great Britain as the first society of its kind.
In Germany the “Veganblume” (Vegan Trademark) also became a recognized mark in order to make the product selection clearer for vegans.
A condition for vegan labeled food is that they contain neither animal components, animal by-products nor raw materials derived from animals. Furthermore, no animal testing may have been carried out before production and no animal materials may be used during production.
ORGANIC CONTROL BODY
ÖkoP is a reliable partner throughout Germany with many years of experience in the certification of companies that operate ecological. As an organic control body, the renowned company concentrates on actual on-site inspections of processors, retailers, importers, farmers and local feed producers.
The ÖKOP-Zertifizierungs-GmbH has been operating as a government-approved control body since the introduction of the EC Organic Regulation in 1992 and is accredited by the DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH).
USDA ORGANIC
In 2012, a transatlantic “Equivalency Agreement” was concluded between the USA and the EU, which is still valid today. In this agreement, both parties acknowledge the organic certification of the respective partner. Foodstuffs bearing the EU-Organic certificate in Europe may be exported to the USA without further controls in the destination country. The same applies to the European market for products certified according to the Final Rule 7 Part 205 NOP (National Organic Program) of
the United States of Agriculture (USDA).
FROM CONTROLLED ORGANIC FARMING
Some of our cosmetics and non-food products do not fall within the scope of the EC Organic Regulation No. 834/2007 or No. 178/2002 due to their properties and therefore may not be labelled with the organic certificate or other references to organic farming. We vouch for the fact that these high-quality natural products are also from controlled, organic farming and award our internal organic certificate for this.
HALAL DECLARATION
We hereby declare to the best of our knowledge and belief that our products meet all requirements to be considered halal. They do not contain any meat ingredients (naturally also no pork ingredients), gelatine, dairy products, wine and wine vinegar. These substances were also not used in the production.
We further guarantee that no alcohol or alcohol-based substances are contained or used in the production. The raw material used in our factory is easily suitable for halal certification.
TRACEABLE QUALITY MANAGEMENT
You will find a batch number on the label of your oil. This code enables us to trace your product at all times through all stages of distribution and production. On the one hand, this enables us to comply with the current regulations of the Lot Identification Regulation.
However, the transparency and security that we provide you with our products is much more important to us.
KOSHER DECLARATION
